First Meal – May 1st 2005

 

Marinating Chicken and Lamb

 

Two Step Process – Take skewers out for 10 minutes and baste – then place back in oven. (I didn’t realize I was going to have to build a basting area).

 

Chicken (even the burnt parts tasted good)

 

Lamb is too close together on the skewer but we only had two skewers.  One chunk fell off in the tandoor and was sacrificed to the fire gods.
