- Creates individual lot schedules with contractors assigned by task
WalkWrite puts the power fo the desktop on the jobsite:
- Provides access to upcoming scheduled activities plus all incomplete work
- Also contains contractor and homebuyer information for easy reference
- Field Managers record progress against schedule, create detailed notes,
add "punch" items and may reschedule or request rescheduling
An extensive reporting module tracks progress and highlights problem areas:
- Operational and management reporting provides detailed and summary
information
- Operations personel rely on Upcoming Construction, Multi-Week Schedule
(by contractor) and Incomplete Items
